We recommend you ship us your jewelry with a tracking number.  Please email us the tracking number so we can monitor your item’s arrival.

Order Processing Time

  • Non-custom items can take 3 to 4weeks to complete
  • Custom Design items can take 4 to 6 weeks to complete

Expedited Service

All of our fine jewelry is handmade especially for you by our team of fine craftsmen so fulfillment times may vary. If you have an important occasion coming up soon we will do our very best to expedite your order to insure you have your new fine jewelry in time for your special event. Just give us a call to discuss your individual needs.

Shipping Fees

We offer FedEx 2 Day® Express shipping on all US orders. Rates for Alaska and Hawaii may be higher.  We also offer FedEx Standard Overnight as well as FedEx International shipping.

For your security we ship “Signature Required.” If it’s difficult for you to be at home or at work to sign for your package, we can ship to a nearby FedEx Office location where your item will be held for you to pick up.

U.S. Shipping Options:

  • FedEx 2 Day® $39
  • FedEx Standard Overnight® $99

International Shipping:

  • FedEx International $119 and up

International Orders

International delivery times vary due to customs processing in your country. We cannot provide an accurate time estimate for packages to clear customs at the country of destination. Please contact your local customs office for an accurate time estimate.

Customs

Packages may be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) by the recipient’s country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary depending on country. Please contact your local customs office for details on fees and processes.

If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, FedEx® will return the package to us and you will be responsible for any return shipping or importing fees imposed either by FedEx® or the importing country.  You will not be eligible for a refund by us in the case of an international order returned for non-payment of customs fees.
